Job Description
The Recruiter will serve as the initial point of contact for potential candidates, tasked with identifying and qualifying top talent to support the hiring needs of the organization. This role involves utilizing a range of recruitment tools, sourcing strategies, events, and marketing initiatives to attract and assess candidates for various positions. The Recruiter will interact with potential candidates via telephone, email, and social media, determining their suitability for open roles and guiding them through the recruitment process.

Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a recruitment role
- Proven experience in recruiting technical positions
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and leadership
- Proficiency in various interview techniques and E2E recruitment processes
- Experience with Comeet recruitment platform
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
- Strong decision-making abilities and a proactive attitude
