Job Description
As the founder Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical and integral part in shaping our sales strategy, identifying high-value accounts, and driving new opportunities to expand our presence in key markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies in alignment with overall business goals.
- Design effective outreach sequences to engage enterprise-level clients in need of advanced cybersecurity solutions for threats related to AI systems.
- Evaluate and implement sales tools and technologies that enhance productivity and support the sales initiatives of the organization.
- Identify according to the BANT and research potential accounts within the ideal customer profile to achieve pipeline goals.
- Qualify, and generate sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other sales activities.
- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals
- Work closely with the C-Levels, VP Sales, and the marketing team to align on messaging, improve lead conversion rates, and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Conduct weekly reviews of lead development, new additions, and field sales intelligence; maintain records in CRM software and generate reports on all activity phases
- Stay informed about new products, services, and other customer-relevant information through successful completion of sales training and self-study
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Outbound prospecting sales or lead generation within the Cyber/AI or Networking/Security vertical fields - A Must!
- Background with global markets ( US \ EMEA) - A must!.
- Self-starter attitude with a strong desire to develop and implement within a high-growth environment.
- Proven experience in cold calling, email outreach, cadence creation, sequences and the ability to identify and overcome sales objections.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and sales platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator) etc.
- Comfortable discussing cybersecurity and AI technology with technical buyers, with the ability to answer initial questions and coordinate with the technical team for deeper inquiries.
- Ability to work US hours, Monday- Friday 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Israel time).
- Fluent English (verbal and written). Additional languages are a plus.
- Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented startup environment.
